"Job Description:
As a Business Data Validator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of business data within our SAP environment. This includes:
"Performing validation activities and deliverables on assigned changes and projects
"Identifying and implementing effective validation approaches and deliverable lists in collaboration with the Client's IT Compliance Lead
"Authoring, facilitating, and reviewing CSV deliverables as per the RACI matrix, including validation requirement assessment, validation plans, test protocols, and reports
"Sequencing and monitoring deliverable completion, taking ownership of end-to-end validation documentation and testing activities
"Coordinating test execution with IT system owners, business owners, and testing teams
"Creating test protocols and reports (IQ/OQ/PQ/MQ), supporting the writing and execution of test scripts (IQ/OQ/PQ/MQ), and managing deviations and related actions (investigations, CAPA)
"Escalating issues or delays to the Client's IT Compliance Lead and being fully available during inspection/audit preparation and defense
"Collaborating with team members and vendors to ensure validation processes are followed, interpreting requirements from various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with SAP validation standards
"Participating in team meetings and providing updates on project progress
"Work on-site four days a week with flexibility for remote work. We prioritize autonomy, stakeholder management, and strong communication skills.
"Requirements:
"Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP validation, preferably working on CSV projects
"University degree/diploma with good experience handling CSV projects, minimum 3 years
"Total experience in related fields should be between 3 to 8 years
"Experience working as part of global teams and possessing diplomatic, communication, and negotiation skills
"Good English speaking/writing skills, with additional language proficiency (e.g., French) being a plus
"Stakeholder management, proactive, motivated, and client-focused
"Strong knowledge of SAP and SAP Validation processes, excellent communication and people management skills, and ability to work autonomously and handle complex projects
"Domain skills: SAP - FICO & other modules (GxP or not) - GMP, GDP, and/or GLP experiences - SAP ECC - S/4 HANA
"Ideal Candidate:
"Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA, familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality management (QM) modules, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures
"Language: English (mandatory) - French and/or Dutch (nice to have)
"Homeworking: Hybrid role with four days a week on-site and 1 day home working
