**Job Title:** Innovative R&D Engineer

We are seeking an experienced R&D Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in polymer chemistry or chemical engineering and excellent knowledge of metal coatings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and testing new coating solutions, including formulating new chemistries, researching and integrating novel raw materials, and applying cutting-edge curing technologies such as UV/LED/EB curing.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about innovation and continuous improvement. The selected candidate will work closely with a cross-functional team and report directly to the R&D Manager.
