Become a part of our innovative HR team as an HR Business Partner. In this dynamic role, you will be the central point of contact for our leadership and employees.

The key aspects of this job include:

• Supporting our leadership and employees in their roles within the organization and helping them achieve their policy objectives.
• Translating HR policies into practical solutions through the delivery of information sessions and onboarding days.
• Contributing to the development of HR-related projects and providing input on optimizing HR policies, regulations, and digital systems.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree, preferably in HR or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex HR topics with enthusiasm and clarity.
• A willingness to continuously develop your knowledge of HR legislation, processes, and digital systems.
• The ability to take responsibility, think ahead, and tackle challenges head-on.
• A positive attitude towards feedback and a commitment to creating a supportive work environment.
• A plus: experience working in local government.
