R&D Innovator

Seeking an innovative and results-driven professional to drive the development of new coating solutions.

This exciting opportunity is for a highly skilled R&D Engineer to join our team in driving innovation and expanding our product offerings. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and testing new coating solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure innovations meet both technical and market demands.

As a leader of research projects, you will design experiments, formulate, test, and introduce new materials, contributing to the strategic direction of the organization. You will also have the autonomy to shape new ideas, investments, equipment needs, and market opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in (Polymer) Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and combine strong theoretical knowledge with a hands-on, pragmatic approach. They will have a good knowledge of metal coatings, experience with radiation/UV curing technologies, and exposure to water-based and solvent-based systems.

You will work closely with a motivated group of engineers and lab assistants, receiving mentorship and support to grow your technical and project leadership skills.
