We are currently seeking a Sales Executive for our office in Antwerp (Belgium).
Sales Executive (Fulltime)
The Sales Executive acts as the vital connection between the company and its customers and partners, managing all commercial interactions and maintaining key client relationships. This role includes the end-to-end handling of the sales process, from initial outreach to signed agreements. As a Sales Executive, you will take full ownership of your sales pipeline, driving opportunities forward while ensuring alignment with the company's strategic and revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and understand commercial contracts and agreements from initial contact to deal closure
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in alignment with company goals
- Capture customer needs and translate them into clearly documented commercial actions
- Present tailored solutions that match customer challenges while aligning with internal capabilities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure feasibility and readiness of proposed solutions
- Manage dependencies related to pricing, proposal timelines, technical input, and legal reviews
- Support the proposal development process by gathering input and refining the commercial offer
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure contractual accuracy and risk mitigation
- Lead and support customer presentations, demos, and negotiation discussions
- Identify commercial risks early and proactively propose mitigation strategies
- Coordinate internal go/no-go decisions before submitting binding commercial offers
- Manage the closing process and ensure all agreed-upon terms are properly executed
- Ensure proper documentation of the sales process and handover to delivery teams
- Support customer onboarding through coordinated internal briefings and meetings
- Collaborate with marketing on the creation of commercial material and case references
- Track and document customer feedback to improve offerings and identify upsell opportunities
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for customers, partners, and resellers
- Ensure transparency through CRM updates, pipeline reviews, and structured reporting
- Facilitate alignment between client stakeholders and internal departments
- Coordinate with account management on upselling and renewal opportunities
- Stay informed about market developments and competitor movements
- Perform tasks in accordance with ISO standards (including ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO45001, ISO14001, etc.)
Your Profile
What combination of skills, mindset and experience are we seeking in our ideal candidate?
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
- Background in dynamic, growth-oriented environments such as startups or mid-sized companies
- Experience in the drone or aviation industry (a plus)
Sales and Management Skills
- Strong understanding of sales processes and company strategy; ability to support the CCO in developing and executing business tactics
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Skilled in identifying new opportunities and generating leads
- High degree of ownership and accountability for achieving revenue goals
- Experience in building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable outcomes with customers, partners, and stakeholders
