Senior Engineer - Software Development

Senior Simulator Engineer – Motorsport Innovation ARCA is supporting a cutting-edge motorsport tech business that’s redefining how professional racing teams prepare to perform. With a team built from the upper tiers of motorsport, they’re delivering best-in-class Driver-in-the-Loop (DiL) simulation technology that replicates elite race conditions, without turning a wheel on track. They’re now looking for a hands-on (Senior) Simulator Engineer to join the team and help operate, develop, and refine the systems powering their advanced virtual testing platform. Running simulator sessions and managing driver/team interactions ~ Senior) Leading technical programmes and mentoring junior engineers ~ Supporting facility operations and liaising with technical partners Background in Engineering, Physics or similar (MSc/PhD preferred) Solid grasp of model integration, control systems, HiL, motion cueing etc. Proficiency with tools like Matlab/Simulink, Python, C/C++ Fluent in English (French/German a bonus) For more information, please apply via the link or get in touch with the ARCA team directly.
