Network Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing second-level support to our customers, both on-site and remotely.

Mission:

• Be responsible for end-to-end critical incidents and problems resolution
• Assist our first-line team in their daily operations
• Proactively maintain and administer our customers' network and server infrastructures
• Ensure that all computing operations run with optimal performance and security

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
• The ability to lead and/or execute projects from beginning to end
• Oral and written language skills in French and English
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including Microsoft and Cloud architecture, M365, Windows Server, and Linux
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and analytical skills
