Site Supervisor

The responsibilities:

• Serving as the operational link between the construction site and the project management team
• Working closely with the project manager
• Coordinating and supervising all on-site activities to ensure smooth and timely execution
• Managing day-to-day logistics, including material deliveries and subcontractor scheduling
• Leading and motivating construction teams to achieve maximum efficiency and quality output
• Monitoring project timelines and make sure all deadlines are met
• Upholding safety standards and ensure all work is performed according to quality guidelines
• Actively participating in site meetings to stay aligned with project goals
• Communicating regularly with the (assistant) project manager on technical progress, staffing, and administrative matters
• Ensuring full project delivery up to provisional handover and provide follow-up through to final completion

Your profile:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in construction or civil engineering or at least 5 years of proven experience as a site supervisor in structural works with building
• You have a strong technical knowledge of structural construction and proven people leadership skills
• You have a flexible mindset and the perseverance to deliver high-quality results
• You are a proactive, curious attitude with a knack for problem-solving and taking initiative
• You have solid command of English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
• You are proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• You have a valid category B driving license
