Title: IT Support Specialist - EUC - (Freelance / Backfill)

Location: 1070 Anderlecht, Belgium

Duration: 12 months - Backfill on Demand Bases contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support across desktop infrastructure, ensuring effective resolution of issues related to hardware, OS, software, and peripherals.
• Strong understanding of desktop technologies and infrastructure components.
• Network troubleshooting skills, including IP configuration, connectivity, and basic LAN/WAN concepts.
• Hands-on experience with deployment tools like SCCM, Ivanti, and Intune for software/package rollout and system imaging.
• OS installation, patch management, and troubleshooting, including antivirus updates and Windows feature pack deployment.
• Manage and support conference room technologies (Polycom, Cisco, StarLeaf, MS Teams Rooms, etc.), including coordination with facility teams for non-network devices (CCTV, sensors, etc.).
• Provide remote support using tools like RDP, iDRAC, iLO, etc.
• Troubleshoot and support printers, scanners, file restoration, and peripheral devices.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
• Manage full asset lifecycle, including:
• Laptop reclamation and allocation
• Tracking and maintaining accurate inventory in ITSM tools
• Management of mobile devices, accessories, and peripherals
• Perform regular housekeeping tasks such as profile archiving and space management.
• Install/reinstall software and resolve application-related issues.
• Work within a Managed Service Operations environment.
• Apply knowledge of ITIL framework in service operations and delivery.
