Job Summary:
We are urgently seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Manager to lead on-site IT operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background in IT service delivery, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in IT Operations and Team Leadership
- Strong understanding of support processes and proven team development capabilities
- Prior experience managing Field Support Engineers and IT Support Engineers
- Proficiency in Vendor Service Management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with proactive and independent work style
- ITIL knowledge or certification is a strong advantage
- Customer-first mindset with solid interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Competency in Microsoft Office tools
- Good understanding of IT Infrastructure, Change Management, and basic Network & Server concepts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver IT operational expertise, aligning with global industry standards (e.g., ITIL) and internal policies
- Monitor service delivery performance, focusing on enhancing Employee Experience
- Deeply understand the following aspects:
- Site: Infrastructure, IT challenges, network layout, and critical business processes
- Services: Delivery scope, responsible teams, and key contacts
- Employees: User types, IT needs, and challenges
- Execute changes and IMACs (Install, Move, Add, Change)
- Apply a combination of technical knowledge, environment familiarity, and leadership skills to solve a range of IT operational challenges
