Our client's Group Internal Services (GIS) team is on a mission to create a safe, sustainable, and efficient working environment for thousands of employees. Within GIS, the TEM department manages and drives innovation in building technology and energy systems.

They are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead exciting infrastructure projects in Antwerp, Limburg, and Flemish Brabant.

Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Define technical requirements with internal clients

• High-voltage cabins
• Low-voltage panels
• Emergency power generators
• Rectifiers
• Batteries
• UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)
• Lighting and general electricity
• Elevators
• Cooling
• Heating
• Fire detection

✅ Design cost-effective solutions using standard materials

✅ Evaluate optimal locations for new installations

✅ Request, compare, and analyze quotations

✅ Ensure compliance with environmental and legal standards

✅ Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders

✅ Monitor timelines, budgets, and project milestones

✅ Communicate clearly and proactively at every stage

Your Profile: What You Bring

🌟 Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics or equivalent

⚡ Strong knowledge of electricity and HVAC systems

🗣️ Fluent in Dutch, with good command of a second national language

💻 Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint)

📈 Solid project management skills with attention to scope and budget

🧠 Analytical, structured, and solutions-oriented

🤝 A true collaborator who values teamwork and clear communication

🛣️ Valid driver’s license (B) – ready for on-site coordination
