Build a Data-Driven Future As BI Developer – Project Lead , you’ll play a key role in driving our digital transformation in the Northern Europe region (Belgium, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). You’ll lead essential business intelligence initiatives and design advanced reporting solutions that help our teams make smarter, data-driven decisions. Optimize BI tools and reporting pipelines for different business needs Model and manage scalable data warehousing architectures Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields At least 5 years of experience in modern data warehousing Project management experience and strong communication skills Fluent in English; German is a plus A meaningful and varied role at the heart of our data transformation ~ A 14-month temporary contract to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of a permanent position afterward ~ 50% remote work ~Want to help shape the future of assistance services through the power of data?
