Solutions Architect

Role: Solutions Architect 12-Month Contract

Location: Liège, Belgium (Hybrid working)

Contract Duration: 12 months

Daily Rate: Flexible, depending on experience

Language Requirements: Fluent in French with good command of English

Your Role:

As a Solution/Application Architect, you'll be a key player in shaping and implementing robust IT solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally with technical and business teams to ensure architecture aligns with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design efficient, scalable, and secure IT solutions
• Define architectural standards (including backup & disaster recovery)
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and change teams
• Oversee implementation and ensure alignment with specifications
• Plan and manage smooth rollouts of new IT technologies
• Solve complex IT architectural challenges effectively

Keys Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• TOGAF or equivalent certification
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and IT security practices
• Experience in the insurance domain is a plus
• Familiarity with BPMN and architecture modelling tools
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
