Site Supervisor

G2 are currently looking for a Werfleider to join my client based in Antwerp and their large-scale construction project – this project will be lasting until at least 2030 and the role is suitable for Freelancers.

In this role you are responsible for the day-to-day organisation and coordination of work on the construction site, ensuring the works completed on site are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plan managing subcontractors and blue collar labour to ensure that the Work site is a safe and efficient one.

Werfleider – 5 year project

START: June/July 2025

LOCATION: Antwerp, Belgium

DURATION: 5 year Project, Rolling 12 month Freelance position

Specification:

Essential Skills

• Previous experience as a Werfleider, Site supervisor or similar positions
• Experience within Large scale construction projects
• Dutch Speaking

Beneficial

• Previous experience within Civil or Infrastructure Projects
• French language skills
