Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information and Communication Technologies combined with relevant IT professional experience of minimum 17 years;
Minimum 8 years of experience in Semantic methodologies, Semantic transformation, Metadata modelling, Linked data;
Minimum 8 years of experience in OWL, RDF, SKOS, XML, shacl;
Proven work experience with machine learning and AI models in particular new trends working on agents;
Experience in semantic technologies (e.g. SPARQL, knowledge graphs) and Artificial Intelligence (e.g. Large Language Models);
Experience with EU vocabularies such as Core Vocabularies, DCAT-AP, or INSPIRE an the FAIR data principles;
Experience in public sector interoperability platforms;
Knowledge of Single Digital Gateway Regulation (SDGR/OOTS), Interoperability Assessments, and European Data Spaces;
