For our client, a biotech company in Zwijnaarde, we are looking for a strong administrative profile who can apply as a document control specialist. Within this position, you will be part of the quality assurance team.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing batch-related documents (issue, review, release and reconciliation).
- Issuing and periodically reviewing existing procedures.
- Ensuring the flow of documents, related to the production plan.
- Storage and archiving of GMP (= good manufacturing practice) documents & batch-related records.
- Reviewing GMP logs and checking and approving SOPs (= standard operating procedures).
- You perform everything in a manner consistent with safety policies, quality systems and GMP requirements.
For this administrative position as document control specialist, we are looking for a candidate who has:
- A2 or Bachelor's degree. Do you have a foreign degree that has not yet been equated? Also definitely welcome!
- You have excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus, not a must.
- You have strong organisational skills, with the ability to carry out multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- You have a good knowledge of the MS Office package.
- You can cope well with changing priorities to meet critical deadlines, in a rapidly changing environment.
- You will work from 8AM until 6PM in a regime where you work 4 days and you have 4 days off. This implies that you will work sometimes on Saturday and/or Sunday.
