· User guidance and support regarding the use of information systems / ICT tools.
· Follow-up of incidents related to information systems.
· Follow-up of user requests.
· Analyse, report and follow-up of bugs.
· Writing user documentation for Information Systems.
· Contribute to current knowledge creation and maintenance.
Knowledge and skills
· Experience in end user assistance and support of information systems.
· Good general IT skills.
· Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites, ticketing tools.
· Excellent communication / writing skills.
· Quick self-starting capability.
· Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings.
· Ability to understand, speak, and write French and English.
· Ability to work in a team.
· Ability to work with a high degree of rigour and method.
· Ability to work in an international / multi-cultural environment on a large project.
· High degree of discretion and integrity.
