🔍 Your Role :

As a key finance partner, you’ll play a central role in structuring and supporting our financial strategy as we scale.

This position reports to the CFO.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Preparing and monitoring the annual budget
• Monitoring financial performance and analyzing variances
• Designing and improving KPIs and dashboards
• Contribute to monthly and annual closings
• Identifying cost optimization opportunities and improving processes (AP/AR, ...)
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth

🧠 What You Bring

• Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• 3–5 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis or auditing
• Strong Excel skills; experience with BI tools is a plus
• Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems
• Proactive, adaptable, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in French (with good knowledge of English)
