Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee cross-functional projects with a strong focus on product development, from concept to launch.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget, maintaining alignment with technical and operational objectives.
• Coordinate efforts between internal departments (engineering, R&D, production) and external stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, maintaining clear and up-to-date project documentation.
• Drive informed decision-making, delegate responsibilities efficiently, and motivate team members.
• Proactively identify project risks, resource limitations, and escalate issues when required.
• Provide clear project status updates to management and ensure consistent communication across teams.
• Support continuous improvement by refining project management tools, processes, and methodologies.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical engineering discipline (e.g., Electromechanical, Industrial, or Product Engineering).
• Demonstrated experience managing technical or industrial projects, preferably in a product development context.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a talent for energizing cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
