Televic Conference develops, manufactures, and markets conferencing solutions to high-profile customers worldwide (e.g., the United Nations, the European Parliament, the French Senate, etc.).

In order to boost our growth, we are on the lookout for an Internal Sales Representative.

Key responsibilities

As an Internal Sales Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind both our sales efforts and administrative processes—from smooth order handling to proactive internal coordination—in a dynamic role that’s as commercially impactful as it is operationally essential.


Your responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to contact for customers on order status, delivery updates, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with distributors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their timelines and challenges and providing solution-focused support.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and previous customer interactions to convert interest into opportunity.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide up-to-date product information.
  • Stay informed about our products so you can confidently support customer decisions.
  • Handle orders in SAP from entry to delivery, including shipping docs and payment follow-up.


Professional skills we’re looking for:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • You have a proactive mindset, a customer-first attitude, and strong influencing skills.
  • You are highly organized with great attention to detail, especially when managing customer information and follow-ups.
  • You demonstrate a positive team spirit and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • English, Dutch and French are a must; other languages are an asset.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, CRM tools are a plus.
