Context & role overview We're looking for a delivery-focused Digital Technology Lead / Scrum Master to oversee and drive the successful implementation of Generative AI use cases within a dynamic digital solutions environment. This is a key leadership role enabling GenAI ambitions by leading delivery teams and managing the evolution roadmap of the GenAI platform. Key responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams (UX designers, BAs, testers, engineers, AI experts) to deliver GenAI use cases on time, within scope, and budget Drive backlog delivery using Agile best practices and tools like Azure DevOps Coordinate project activities, manage risks, and maintain communication with stakeholders Ensure high team performance and alignment with agile values Support the evolution and scaling of the GenAI platform and ecosystem Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Project Management and Agile methodologies Proven track record in delivering custom-built digital solutions (e.g. .NET, Angular) Expertise in Azure DevOps, Microsoft Suite, and agile delivery management Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong interest or experience in Generative AI technologies Experience in dynamic, international, and technical environments Ability to creatively solve problems and mitigate risks proactively Pharma or GxP environment experience is a plus
