IT/Infrastructure Project Manager – Brussels – Onsite – Rolling Yearly Contract

Duration: 12-month rolling contract

Work Pattern: Full-time, 5 days per week onsite

Rate: €450 per day

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT/Infrastructure Project Manager to join a high-profile engagement with a European Defence Agency based in Brussels. This is a rolling 12-month contract, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to deliver mission-critical infrastructure and IT projects in a secure and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of IT and infrastructure projects.
• Manage cross-functional teams, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Monitor and control project progress, risks, and quality standards.
• Provide detailed reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure projects adhere to organisational policies and security protocols.
• Liaise directly with agency representatives and third-party suppliers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT or Infrastructure Project Manager.
• Must hold a Project Management qualification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working in secure or public sector environments is a plus.
• Fluent in English; French or Dutch is beneficial.
• Must be eligible to work in the EU and pass any necessary background checks required for working with a European defence organisation.
