What will you do?

Are you ready to take center stage in orchestrating the seamless rhythm of our office environment? As an Office Manager at Plat4mation Belgium, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing office supplies inventory and restocking essential items.
• Coordinating facility maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mails, calls , packages, and deliveries.
• Setting up lunch arrangements and handling other office-related orders.
• Managing travel, mobility logistics, and overseeing company fleet operations.
• Overseeing general administrative tasks to maintain office efficiency.
• Organizing internal events in collaboration with the Fun Team and event organizations.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for office suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of necessary supplies.

We ask

• Optional experience in office management and/or event coordination.
• Part-time availability, 2 days of the week in the office in Mechelen. Possibility to work remote.
• Strong organizational skills and a flexible nature, with a "spider in the web" mentality to manage various tasks efficiently.
• Problem-solving abilities, a results-oriented mindset, and resilience in high-pressure situations.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks.
• Proficiency in English & Dutch is necessary. French is a big plus!
