Role Overview
We're looking for a hands-on ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to lead technical implementations of ITSM modules in a complex enterprise environment. You’ll be responsible for designing, configuring, and integrating scalable solutions while collaborating closely with stakeholders and platform teams.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
- Develop scripts, business rules, and workflows to automate and enhance ITSM processes.
- Design and build integrations using IntegrationHub, REST, and SOAP APIs.
- Translate business and technical requirements into efficient ServiceNow solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities in an Agile setup.
- Ensure data quality and performance across the ITSM suite.
Required Skills
- Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow ITSM implementations.
- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and custom workflows.
- Solid understanding of ACLs, ServiceNow security, and data models.
- Integration experience with third-party tools and systems.
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, ITSM Specialist)
- ITIL knowledge and practical application in ServiceNow
- Experience with Performance Analytics or Virtual Agent
