Automation Enginer Pharma, Dutch Speaker [F/M/X]

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced automation engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming industrial programmable logic controllers (PLCs), managing automation projects, identifying potential improvements, and supporting troubleshooting operations. You will work with cutting-edge automation systems such as Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell, or Emerson, as well as MES systems.

Responsibilities:

• Program industrial programmable logic controllers (PLCs) according to user functional requirements.
• Lead design, development, coordination, and qualification projects for automated processes.
• Identify areas for improvement in processes, equipment, infrastructure, and existing systems.
• Support troubleshooting and problem-solving operations regarding IT and automated systems.
• Conduct testing activities such as commissioning and qualification (protocol testing) on-site and in the factory.
• Write and/or evaluate necessary documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience with automation systems: Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell, or Emerson.
• Knowledge of MES systems: Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell, or Emerson.
• Skills in programming industrial programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Experience in managing automation projects.
• Skills in identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Ability to support troubleshooting and problem-solving operations.
• Experience with systems: PCS7, Delta V, OSI PI, Pas-X.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
