The job
Handle support tickets via Jira for internal users
Work with SQL daily to find and fix issues or pull reports
Help with access requests and small configuration changes
Do daily checks and reports to keep the system running smoothly
Support production updates (about once a month, after hours)
Work from the office every Monday with your team
Your profile
Have a few years' experience in application support
Are confident using SQL every day
Know your way around Jira or similar tools
Speak French and English fluently (Dutch is a bonus)
Like working in a small team and learning on the go
