Nature of the tasks
Investigate, diagnose and solve platform and middleware related problems.
Troubleshoot problems on various layers of platform applications and its underlying platform and infrastructure.
Install and upgrades of platform and middleware software, including SAAS solutions.
Test upgrades.
Schedule installation work, to minimize disruption.
Monitor platform performance.
Comply with organisation procedures to ensure integrity and security of the platform.
Knowledge and skills
In-depth knowledge of platform management and configuration.
In-depth knowledge of scripting and automation (Java, C++, Python, Java).
In-depth knowledge of API and data exchange (REST,SOAP, JSON, XML).
Experience with WEB stack (LAMP, IIS, Tomcat, Apache).
Experience with DBMS systems (SQL).
Technical certifications (at least 1)
ServiceNow® Certified System Administrator
Oracle Weblogic 12c+ Certified Professional/Specialist
Oracle SOA Suite 12c Certified Implementation Specialist
Oracle Data Integrator 12c Certified Implementation Specialist
