in North America, we’re looking for a Toronto-based Account Executive to drive new

business growth across the region.


MISSION

As an Account Executive focused on both new logo acquisition and expansion,

your mission is to grow revenue across Europe. You will own the full sales

cycle—from prospecting to closing—for both new prospects and existing high-

potential customers. This includes identifying and qualifying opportunities, leading

discovery and demos, managing negotiations, and closing deals.


While day-to-day support and renewals are handled by our dedicated Implementation

and CSM teams, you will focus on driving new business and selling new instances

within existing accounts. This role requires a results-driven mindset, strong sales

fundamentals, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth

environment. You’ll play a critical role in building a healthy pipeline and positioning

Optimy as a trusted partner in the CSR and ESG space.


Responsibilities


Sales Ownership

  • Own the full sales cycle for both new logos and expansion deals
  • Prospect and qualify leads, engage key stakeholders, deliver tailored demos, and close deals
  • Drive revenue by uncovering new use cases, entities, or departments within existing accounts

Pipeline & Forecasting

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline in HubSpot
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and proactively address blockers to accelerate deals

Customer Engagement

  • Act as a strategic partner, positioning value through consultative selling and ROI storytelling
  • Navigate complex buying groups confidently while ensuring smooth handovers to post-sales teams

Collaboration & Insights

  • Work with Marketing to support pipeline growth and conversion
  • Share market feedback and contribute to improving sales playbooks and GTM strategies


Profile & Qualifications


Experience

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • Experience managing full-cycle sales processes with mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Comfortable running value-based discovery and navigating multiple stakeholders

Skills & Mindset

  • Hunter mentality with a structured, self-driven approach to pipeline generation
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical, organized, and data-oriented in managing deals and forecasting
  • Fluent in French & English (written and spoken)
  • Highly autonomous, with a bias for action and ownership

Bonus

  • Familiarity with CSR, ESG, or corporate philanthropy domains
  • Experience with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or Modjo
