Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager (Benelux) at ALLUCO. The role is based in Mouscron, Belgium, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Benelux region, managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and implementing sales strategies. The role will also involve coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.


Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in the Benelux region
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to manage and develop customer relationships
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Fluency in Dutch and French; proficiency in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
