Consultant SAM & Vendor Management Specialist

Location : Antwerpen

Languages : English and Dutch or French

Remote : 3 days onsite / 2 days at home

Responsibilities :

• Support clients in managing their IT investments, ranging from software licensing and cloud subscriptions to hardware and infrastructure.
• Assist in vendor onboarding, selection processes, and contract lifecycle optimization.
• Evaluate and enhance procurement strategies, compliance measures, and software usage efficiency.
• Collect, validate, and analyze IT asset data to generate actionable insights and dashboards.
• Help clients implement IT asset governance frameworks and tools to gain better visibility and control.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on ITAM and sourcing best practices.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends, vendor behaviors, and licensing models.
• Contribute to internal methodology development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Profile :

• A Master’s degree in IT, business management, data analytics, or a related domain.
• Previous experience in IT consulting, software asset management, or vendor governance is a strong advantage.
• A strong communicator who enjoys working both autonomously and collaboratively.
• Comfortable navigating between technical, legal, and business discussions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required, with professional-level proficiency in either French or Dutch.
