Conduct a gap analysis of current operational processes against group-wide standards and best practices, with a particular focus on alignment with operations in the Netherlands.
Develop a concrete action plan to address identified gaps, emphasizing standardization, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Lead the implementation and monitoring of the action plan, driving process optimization and strengthening IT infrastructure.
Collaborate closely with IT operations, infrastructure teams, process owners at DELA, and external IT vendors and partners.
Ensure alignment of local procedures with group standards, promoting synergy and consistency. Where needed, guide teams to meet and sustain these standards.
Actively contribute to operational improvements, provide advisory support, and maintain up-to-date documentation.
Support rollouts by ensuring reliability, procedural adherence, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Profile:
Strong background in IT infrastructure, operational processes, and process optimization, ideally within a complex, large-scale organization.
Proven experience aligning and optimizing IT operations within an international group context, with a strong focus on cross-border collaboration—particularly with teams in the Netherlands.
Familiarity with internationally recognized standards and frameworks such as ITIL and ISO 27001.
Skilled in assessing, aligning, and implementing group-wide procedures at the local (Belgian) level.
Demonstrated ability to guide teams and drive process improvement initiatives operationally.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; French is a plus.
Experience working in hybrid environments encompassing on-premise infrastructure and cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Willingness to travel to offices in Antwerp and Eindhoven (NL).
