Join the Artificial Intelligence team as a Senior Data Scientist in Brussels, where you will play a key role in building and deploying cutting-edge AI applications that enhance internal processes and empower teams across the organisation. This position is based in brussels, with an initial contract running to 31st December 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI applications such as virtual assistants to address complex business challenges.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques including generative AI approaches like Prompt Engineering, RAG, Fine-tuning, speech-to-text, agentic systems, and image generation.
• Use traditional statistical and machine learning methods where appropriate.
• Leverage strong Python programming skills to develop and deploy AI solutions using a robust stack of tools.
• Present key findings and insights to senior stakeholders.
• Work with one of the most comprehensive and diverse datasets in the industry.
• Contribute to a culture that encourages innovation, lean processes, and transparent communication.
• Collaborate within an Agile team that values expertise sharing and continuous learning.

Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Data Science or Analytics.
• Solid proficiency in Python, deep learning, and working with pre-trained models.
• Preferred experience with platforms and tools such as Domino, Git, Langchain, and Haystack.
• Strong interest in applying generative AI to the financial domain.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, independent work style with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Fluent in Dutch or French.
• Fluent in English.
