They are searching for an experienced Project Manager in Brussels to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that are transforming how organisations operate across the continent, particularly in optimizing their Business Process Management.

Your Role

• Identify, shape, and structure modernisation initiatives into clear, trackable projects.
• Coordinate cross-departmental workshops and drive collaborative follow-ups.
• Guide teams and stakeholders with best practice implementation approaches.
• Ensure initiatives align with strategic priorities, digital roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Promote consistency, process optimisation, and synergies across projects.
• Drive compliance and documentation through a robust Business Process Management (BPM) structure.

What You Bring

• Project Mastery: Deep knowledge of planning, budgeting, performance tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Transformation Expertise: Proven experience leading digital or organisational change in complex environments.
• Methodologies: Familiar with BPM principles and use of ARIS software
• Communication Skills: Fluent English (C1+), with the confidence to lead multilingual meetings and influence senior stakeholders.
