Position overview This function requests contact with the client, preparation of client contracts, and responsibility for the own client portfolio. As this function requires the use of the 3 languages, we need trilingual colleagues (FR, NL, EN). Client is an international product sold in more than 40 countries with a lot of specificities. Therefore, we need colleagues that can easily learn the specific features of a particular country and become autonomous in two months. What you'll do Technical writing skills and experience with process modelling techniques and methods Good expertise in MS Office Experience with process modelling tools (Visio, ARIS) and the creation of flow charts Good understanding of workflow processes Client Interaction Contract Preparation Client Portfolio Management Product Expertise What you bring View and manage accounts across multiple countries Initiate payments Monitor liquidity Handle reporting and compliance needs across borders
