Our client is an international company in Brussels.

As a Personal Assistant , you will play a pivotal role in supporting leadership and fostering smooth collaboration across the business. Your main responsibilities include:

• Acting as Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner , with additional support for two other Partners.
• Managing executive calendars and ensuring all logistics and scheduling are precise.
• Serving as a liaison between the Partners and the business to facilitate seamless communication.
• Handling travel arrangements , including bookings, itineraries, and related logistics.
• Providing administrative and project support , managing priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Supporting local office engagement while contributing to an organized and professional work environment.

Your Skills & Background

We are seeking someone who ticks the following boxes:

• Experience: 3-4 years of professional experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar executive support role.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Languages:
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Working proficiency in French (ability to interact confidently with local authorities).
• Skills: Advanced ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and expertise in managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Personality:
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.
• Calm under pressure, adaptable to shifting priorities, and solutions-focused.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building meaningful relationships across international offices and levels.
• Trustworthy when handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Added Value: Familiarity with Belgian work culture is a plus.
