Service Delivery Manager


About the Company: This role focuses on managing and scaling the central performance testing team, challenging partners, and aligning QA strategy with business stakeholders. It combines technical expertise with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Daily involvement in initiative intake and performance needs assessment
  • Agile collaboration with business and technical teams
  • Stakeholder management across all levels
  • Administrative tasks using Jira and Confluence
  • Coordination and moderation of offshore Infosys team (India)
  • Prioritization and follow-up of deliverables
  • Reporting and progress tracking
  • Supporting quarterly release cycles and ensuring timely delivery
  • Translating technical issues into business-friendly language


Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years total professional experience
  • Minimum 2 years in a performance testing environment
  • Recent hands-on experience in testing within operational environments


Required Skills:

  • Strong background in load and performance testing
  • Ability to identify pain points and improve adoption
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into simple business language
  • Assertiveness and ability to challenge stakeholders constructively
  • Experience with Dynatrace (or similar monitoring tools)
  • Experience with JMeter (for performance scripting)
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with offshore teams
  • Experience in the telecom sector
