Your Impact:

Strategic Leadership ✅ Develop IR strategy for institutional & retail investors across Europe and US ✅ Partner directly with CEO on messaging, presentations, and stakeholder engagement ✅ Lead roadshows, capital markets events, and analyst relationships

Communications Excellence ✅ Manage press releases, investor webcasts, and regulatory disclosures ✅ Drive external communications and media relations strategy ✅ Oversee digital platforms and corporate website evolution ✅ Ensure compliance with FSMA and financial market regulations

Business Partnership ✅ Contribute to financial modeling, forecasting, and competitive analysis ✅ Support clinical partnerships to amplify technology visibility ✅ Manage ESOP programs and internal market conduct training

Essential Qualifications:

3+ years in an Investor relations role with capital markets understanding

Fluent English & Dutch - both written and spoken

Regulated environment experience in external communications
