Business Project Manager

Location: Namur, Belgium (Hybrid) (2-3 days/week onsite)

Job Description:

As part of its ticketing systems renewal program, Client is seeking to collaborate with a ticketing expert to coordinate the implementation of the program and the implementation of new equipment and systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure strategic management of ticketing renewal : integrate the vision and strategy issues already defined by the Client and guarantee their respect in the commercial and technical choices that will be made to renew the systems
• Support the operation of the Customer Experience and Systems department : collaborate closely with internal teams to strengthen systems ownership and ensure consistency of projects and processes
• Manage the ticketing renewal program : supervise program teams and internal employees to implement the new ticketing, including material issues, data and technological tools, organizational aspects and business processes
• In this context, ensure budget management, the definition and monitoring of planning and the direct supervision of the work of internal and external collaborators who will make up his team (no conflict of interest will be admitted by the Client)
• Contribute knowledge of procurement : Contribute to the drafting of public procurement documents required as part of its mission and to the selection of service providers able to ensure the best level of service (no conflict of interest will be accepted by the Client)
• Significant experience in the implementation and management of ticketing projects for public transport operators
• Mastery of PSP/acquirer issues
• Project management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders
• Understanding the challenges of integration between systems
• Knowledge of the public sector
