About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Cost Model Analyst to support the development and implementation of a new IT cost model within a leading player in the insurance and financial services sector. You will join an established team and work closely with a senior analyst to ensure effective cost allocation, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and set up drivers for allocating IT costs to business units.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gain adoption of the new cost model.
• Establish governance structures, roles, and responsibilities.
• Develop reporting processes aligned with governance requirements.
• Support updates and parametrisation of cost modelling tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• Master’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure.
• Proven track record in project-based work (minimum 5 years).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost control is an asset.

Languages

• Good command of English (spoken, read, and written).
• Preferably fluent in Dutch and French.
