Job Title: Extra Workflow Consultant / Technical Lead

Overview

We are looking for an Extra Workflow Consultant with strong technical leadership skills and a hands-on approach. This role involves designing, architecting, and implementing modern workflow solutions within the context of our Translation Management System and workflow modernization initiatives.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with the ability to guide and support development teams, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of new workflow solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Drive the modernization of existing workflows and processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Document architecture using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Integrate solutions with existing systems and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.

Required Skills & Experience

• Technical Expertise:
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and relational databases.
• Solid understanding of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience working with GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with OpenID Connect and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
• Workflow Engines:
• Practical knowledge of Flowable, Camunda, or Activiti.
• Architectural Tools & Frameworks:
• Experience with tools like Visio and Draw.io.
• Understanding of frameworks such as C4 and arc42 (can be learned on the job).

• Excellent communication skills, able to bridge business needs and technical execution.
• Proven track record in delivering scalable, maintainable workflow solutions.
