Project Manager

Netwerk is looking for a Project Manager Electrical & Instrumentation who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to oversee complex projects from start to finish. In this role, you will be the key link between engineering, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring smooth project execution in one of the world’s largest petrochemical hubs.

Your responsibilities

• Manage E&I projects from concept through to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule are met.
• Translate client requirements into clear project plans and technical specifications.
• Oversee on-site activities, coordinating contractors and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Work with ATEX environments, AREI-compliant installations, E-plan, and Caneco.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, keeping communication clear and concise.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in E&I project management within the petrochemical, chemical, or heavy industry.
• Strong technical knowledge combined with hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ATEX, AREI, and relevant engineering software (E-plan, Caneco).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Safety-first mindset and ability to work effectively in high-demand industrial environments.
