About the Role

We’re currently looking for a Junior to Medior AI Engineer with a strong interest in building real-world applications using the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering scalable AI solutions, from exploration and prototyping to full integration into business systems.

You’ll work closely with technical experts and domain stakeholders to bring LLM-based capabilities to life through secure, reliable, and explainable solutions. Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end AI use cases leveraging LLMs and agentic workflows
• Build, test, and optimize AI prototypes with clear business value
• Use Microsoft Azure services for deployment (Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
• Work with structured and unstructured data (text, PDFs, SQL, etc.)
• Integrate AI features into existing client systems and tools (APIs, Azure Functions, front/back-end flows)
• Participate in client workshops, define project scope, and contribute to co-creation of use cases
• Stay current with AI trends and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field
• Experience (1-4 years) in AI/ML, LLMs, or intelligent systems development
• Solid proficiency in Python and prompt engineering techniques
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Azure Functions, Cognitive Services, etc.)
• Understanding of vector databases, RAG, embeddings, and LLM agent frameworks (LangChain, etc.)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud deployment, and CI/CD pipelines
• Full professional proficiency in English, Dutch and French
• Curious, pragmatic, and collaborative mindset with an eye for delivery and innovation
