Commissioning Manager

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Commissioning Manager in our Energy team.

As an Commissioning Manager at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organization that encourages and values collaboration, mentoring, and continuous learning.

Your responsabilities:

• Manages the commissioning of industrial-scale electrolyzer systems for green hydrogen production,
• Develops and implements detailed commissioning plans, including safety protocols and functional tests,
• Leads on-site teams during startup, calibration, and performance validation of electrolyzers.
• Ensures all systems (electrical, mechanical, automation, and process) operate according to design and specifications,
• Coordinates with suppliers and subcontractors during equipment integration and testing,
• Provides training and technical support to client teams on electrolyzer operation and maintenance,
• Prepares commissioning reports, performance data logs, and system documentation for client handover,

Your profile:

• Master Engineering degree,
• Fluent in French, professional English required,
• Minimum 5 years of experience,
• Proficiency in interpreting high and low voltage electrical diagrams, automation architectures, and P&IDs,
• Curiosity and a critical thinking attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
