Accountant - Up to 5000€

Our client, a dynamic and international company located in the East of Brussels, is currently looking for a Senior Accountant to join their close-knit team of 10 professionals. The company operates in a collaborative and multicultural environment and offers the opportunity to take on varied responsibilities in a growing business.

Senior Accountant - Key Responsibilities

For some of the Group’s Belgian and foreign subsidiaries, you will be in charge of:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage tax declarations (VAT, corporate tax, etc.)
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external consultants
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Improve and implement internal accounting procedures

Senior Accountant – About You

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Around 10 years of relevant experience (in-house or in an accounting firm)
• Strong knowledge of Belgian GAAP (IFRS is a plus)
• Fluent in English and at least a B2 level of French
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a small team
