About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Security Specialist to join a leading organisation in the insurance sector. This role focuses on Incident Response and Identity & Access Management (IAM), with additional responsibilities in LDAP management. You will play a critical part in safeguarding the company’s IT environment by detecting and resolving security incidents, ensuring proper access controls, and maintaining compliance through recertifications.

Key Responsibilities

Incident Response

• Detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents across IT infrastructure and applications.
• Coordinate containment, eradication, and recovery activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis and prepare detailed incident reports with lessons learned.

Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Support remediation of IAM issues and manage access control processes.
• Administer LDAP account provisioning and maintenance.
• Perform recertifications for Web Proxies, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), and other security tools.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure recertification cycles for privileged accounts and system access are completed.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to strengthen security controls.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Incident Management, Security Operations, or related cybersecurity roles.
• Hands-on knowledge of EDR tools and other monitoring solutions.
• Familiarity with IAM technologies such as SailPoint IIQ, OpenID Connect, OAuth, CyberArk, and LDAP directory services.
• Strong collaboration skills for cross-functional work with IT and security teams.
• Fluent in English plus proficiency in French or Dutch.
