Logistics Specialist

As a Logistics Specialist at TMC, you’ll support our partners in optimizing their logistics operations and solving day-to-day and strategic challenges in supply, warehousing, and distribution. • Analyze, improve, and streamline logistics flows (inbound, outbound, inventory, and transport)
• Provide hands-on support for WMS or TMS implementation and optimization
• Ensure effective coordination between suppliers, warehouses, and production units
• Identify bottlenecks and propose practical, data-driven solutions
• Act as a logistics expert or project coordinator within client teams

What we expect from you:

• Master Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 1–6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain environments
• Familiar with warehouse operations, transportation planning, and logistics tools
• Analytical mindset, team spirit, and strong communication skills
• Fluent in English AND Dutch OR French
