Digital marketeer Google Ads

Just Russel is on a mission to make pets’ lives healthier and happier, starting with what’s in their bowl. To accelerate our growth across Europe, we’re looking for a Digital Marketeer Google Ads to strengthen our marketing team. You’ll take full ownership of our paid search and display campaigns, making sure pet parents across Europe discover Just Russel in the smartest and most efficient way possible.

Location: Ghent, Belgium

Contract: Full time, permanent

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of our Google Ads accounts and manage significant monthly budgets across multiple markets
• Independently set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube
• Continuously test new ads, creatives, bidding strategies, and audiences to maximize performance and ROI
• Build insightful dashboards and reports that translate campaign results into actionable business learnings
• Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals, and with our data team to refine attribution and conversion tracking
• Stay ahead of the curve by following the latest trends and experimenting with new Google Ads features and betas

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of proven hands on experience with Google Ads is a must, you have already managed and optimized campaigns yourself, not just in theory
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear decisions and next steps
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking is a strong plus
• Hands on mindset: you’re not waiting for instructions, you spot opportunities and act on them
• Fluent in English, Dutch or French is a plus
• Team player who thrives in a fast paced, growth driven environment
