Your Responsibilities:

• You centralize, organize and prioritize all the activities that need to be performed centrally and locally in order to deliver on the Programs commitments as well as each of the individual sites commitments in agreement.
• You communicate the plans, roadmaps and detailed paths to success to the rest of the Program team and to sites, as needed.
• You closely cooperate with all internal (project) and external (local sites) stakeholders to obtain the technical requirements, constraints, cost and planning information needed for you to create a central demand roadmap.
• You are responsible for executing your activities in accordance with the project governance procedures and mandated work documents.
• You are responsible for planning meetings and for the communication and follow-up of the output of these meetings.

• The ideal person is someone to take the role of Project Coordinator with knowledge in automation.

Several projects with several types of equipment.

It is therefore a technical project.

Qualifications:

• Organizational skills
• Stakeholder management & negotiation & influencing skills
• The role requires sound judgment and complex decision making where few precedents and considerable ambiguity may exist
• Experience in a Change Management project
• Prior knowledge of pharma standards & systems is a plus
• Knowledge in validation and automation, stakeholders management, necessary technical knowledge.
