Job description Ever wondered what it feels like to be a  IT Project Manager in Netcompany?

Joining us as a  Business Analysis/IT Project Manager, you will be part of highly skilled agile teams that design, develop, deploy, customize and support break-through applications for EU Institutions/ Banking/ Telco or Public institutions.

As a Business Analysis/IT Project Manager you will:

  • Lead and manage software development/infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.
  • Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to facilitate project sprints, ceremonies, and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize and adapt the PM² methodology to align with the specific project management standards of EU institutions.
  • Conduct business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with DevOps and development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.
  • Prepare project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation.
Profile What would make you a fit for the role:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile frameworks.
  • Familiarity with the PM² methodology is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, including working with diverse, high-level groups.
  • Knowledge of software development and DevOps principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of French or other EU languages is a plus.
  • Experience working with EU institutions is a strong asset.
