Job description Ever wondered what it feels like to be a IT Project Manager in Netcompany?

Joining us as a Business Analysis/IT Project Manager, you will be part of highly skilled agile teams that design, develop, deploy, customize and support break-through applications for EU Institutions/ Banking/ Telco or Public institutions.

As a Business Analysis/IT Project Manager you will:

Lead and manage software development/infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery in a timely and efficient manner.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.
Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to facilitate project sprints, ceremonies, and continuous improvement.
Utilize and adapt the PM² methodology to align with the specific project management standards of EU institutions.
Conduct business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
Coordinate with DevOps and development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.
Prepare project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation.

Profile What would make you a fit for the role:

Proven experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in the IT sector.
Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile frameworks.
Familiarity with the PM² methodology is a significant advantage.
Experience in stakeholder management, including working with diverse, high-level groups.
Knowledge of software development and DevOps principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of French or other EU languages is a plus.
Experience working with EU institutions is a strong asset.
