Our client is a dynamic and international law firm with a strong presence in Brussels. Their teams advise a wide range of clients, from innovative SMEs to major multinational groups. You will be part of a collaborative environment where training, development, and career progression are central.

• Advise national and international clients on a wide range of employment and labor law matters.
• Draft and review employment agreements, internal policies, and compliance documentation.
• Represent clients in negotiations, dispute resolution, and litigation before labor courts.
• Assist on cross-border matters in collaboration with colleagues from other practice groups and offices.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and knowledge sharing within the practice.

• 3–6 years' experience in employment law within a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with an excellent command of English.
• Strong academic background in Belgian law, with a specialization or interest in employment law.
